Hi, I'm Tara!
I've been photographing families and pets in the Hudson Valley since 2020.
After 20 years in television production, I traded the fast pace of that world for something quieter and more meaningful.
My favorite part of this work is getting to show you the way the people who love you see you. That kind of gift doesn't get old.
When I'm not behind the camera, you'll find me deep in a board game with my family - Matt, Casey, Juliella, Larkin, and our dog Phoebe - drinking my 4th cup of coffee or planning the next trip somewhere I've never been.
I'm rooted in the Hopewell Junction community because of the people in it. Down-to-earth, genuinely supportive and always welcoming. It's the kind of place that makes giving back feel completely natural.
